RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges: NO REFUNDS for purchased weave, However exchanges for other textures or lengths are allowed. If you exchange the texture or Length, customers are responsible for the price difference as well as the shipping costs. Exchanges WILL NOT BE MADE IF PACKAGES HAVE BEEN OPENED.
All Exchanges will be final and made once orignal product has been received by us.
